For all accounts: We offer a 200% refund of challenge fees on your first payout.

Refund Eligibility Post-Purchase

After evaluation credentials have been emailed and a purchase has been made, refunds are not permissible. All sales are considered final.

Refund Upon Evaluation Completion

After you successfully complete the evaluation and sign a written agreement with us, your initial evaluation fee will be refunded with your first successful profit split payment. This refund will be issued only after you achieve your first profit split.
